This guide covers every figure you need to budget corporate gifts in Boston or anywhere in the US for Q4 2026: the three price tiers, volume pricing, the 5-box minimum, lead times and the dates that matter from Boss's Day to New Year's Eve.

Three tiers cover almost every budget line. Petite starts at $68, Signature client boxes start at $118, and the Boardroom trunk is $265. Each box below carries a handwritten note, and the order-by dates are for online orders under 5 boxes.

What is inside each tier
Petite, $68. The Thank-You Note Gift Box holds 12 oz of specialty coffee, a chocolate bar duo and a cedar and fig mini candle in a rigid keepsake box, with a handwritten note. It works for a whole team, a vendor thank-you or a new client's first week. Allergens: contains milk and soy.
Signature, from $118. The Matcha Ritual Gift Box ($118) holds 30 g of ceremonial matcha, a bamboo whisk, a bowl and a whisk holder, and it lists no allergens, which makes it an easy choice for a mixed team. The Corner Office Gift Box ($138) is the desk box: coffee or loose-leaf tea, nine chocolate truffles, a linen notebook and brass pen, a cedar and leather candle and an 8 oz Afghan dried fruit and nut tin. Allergens: milk, soy and tree nuts.
Boardroom, $265. The Boardroom Client Gift Trunk is for the people who sign the contracts. Eleven items in a keepsake trunk: 500 ml of extra-virgin olive oil, raw honey, 2 g of Grade A saffron threads from Herat, Afghanistan, recipe cards, nine truffles, a candle, a linen notebook and brass pen and a 16 oz dried fruit and nut tin. Allergens: milk, soy and tree nuts.
Volume pricing and the minimum
- Minimum: 5 boxes for a quoted order. For fewer, order online.
- 5 or more boxes: 10% off.
- 25 or more boxes: 15% off.
- Logo card: free from 10 boxes, printed and placed in each box next to the handwritten note.
The discount is applied on your quote, with shipping and any sales tax added there. You can mix tiers in one order, for example Boardroom trunks for your top accounts and Petite boxes for the wider team.
Lead times
For boxes from our shop, the lead time is 5 business days from your approved quote to shipping. For custom boxes built to your brief, it is 10 business days. Transit then adds 2 to 5 business days by Standard or 2 by Express.
The simple rule: approve your quote at least 10 business days before the date the gifts must arrive, or 15 business days for custom boxes. Count back from your deliver-by date, skipping weekends and carrier holidays.

Shipping to many addresses
Hybrid teams mean gifts go to kitchens in Somerville, Salem and Seattle, not one office. Send a single spreadsheet with a row per recipient: name, company, street address, city, state, ZIP code and the message for their note. We ship each box separately with its own tracking, to US addresses only, and share the tracking numbers with you.
Why we chose these boxes
We chose things people use up or keep on a desk: coffee, tea, chocolate, olive oil, honey, a good notebook. A client gift should not end up in a drawer, so we left logo-printed merchandise out of the boxes. Your logo goes on the card, and the gift stays about the person receiving it.
We also kept the ladder short. Three tiers make approvals faster: one number for the team, one for key clients, one for the few people who matter most. Every box carries a handwritten note because a signature from a real person reads differently from a printed one.

How far ahead should we order holiday client gifts?
Approve your quote at least 10 business days before the gifts must arrive, or 15 for custom boxes. For small online orders, use the Standard order-by date, Tue, Dec 15 for Christmas.
Can you ship to employees working from home?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names and US addresses and we ship each box separately, with a handwritten note and its own tracking.
Do you add our company logo?
From 10 boxes, we add a printed logo card to each box at no charge, next to the handwritten note.
