  • Petite: $48 to $78, 4 to 5 gifts per box (6 boxes).
  • Signature: $98 to $148, 6 to 8 gifts per box (18 boxes).
  • Grand: $188 to $265, 8 to 11 gifts per box (9 boxes).
  • Add-on: Raihan Saffron Gift Vial, 1 g, $20.
  • E-gift card: Exclusive Gift House E-Gift Card in $50, $100, $150, $250 or $500, delivered by email, with no order-by date.
  • Holidays: Boss's Day, Halloween, Diwali, Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving, the Black Friday Gift Event, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year's Eve, Lunar New Year, Ramadan, Galentine's Day and Valentine's Day.
  • Occasions: birthdays, housewarmings, weddings and anniversaries, thank-you gifts and client gifts.
  • In every signature box: a handwritten note with your message, up to 200 characters, and a gift receipt without prices.
  • Drinks: every drink in our boxes is non-alcoholic, 0.5% ABV or less.

Who packs it and where

Every signature box is assembled by hand, to order, in Lynn, Massachusetts, on Boston's North Shore. The founder, Emir, is of Afghan heritage and speaks Pashto and Dari. Food arrives pre-packed and labeled by licensed producers, with ingredients and allergens on the label.

How order-by dates are calculated

  • Each holiday has a deliver-by date on or before the day itself.
  • Standard: order by the deliver-by date minus 7 business days (up to 2 to pack and up to 5 in transit).
  • Express: order by the deliver-by date minus 3 business days (1 to pack and 2 by air). In late December, Express dates are set a little earlier to allow for carrier peak season.
  • Business days run Monday to Friday and skip the carrier holidays: Monday, October 12; Thursday, November 26; Friday, December 25; and Friday, January 1.
  • Example: for Thanksgiving 2026 we plan delivery by Tue, Nov 24, so the order-by dates are Fri, Nov 13 for Standard and Thu, Nov 19 for Express.

Processing and shipping

  • Processing: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Express orders are packed within 1 business day.
  • Standard shipping: 2 to 5 business days after the box ships.
  • Express shipping: 2 business days after the box ships.
  • Where: US addresses only. No food ships to APO or FPO addresses. Alaska and Hawaii can take longer.
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS or FedEx. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay, and tracking comes by email.
  • Delays: if we cannot ship in the stated time, we email you before it passes with a new ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
  • Maker-shipped items: items marked "Ships separately from the maker" come from independent makers in their own package, with their own tracking.

Returns and the Make-It-Right Promise

  • The Make-It-Right Promise: if your box arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you. Email your order number and photos to exclusivegifthouse@gmail.com.
  • 30-day returns: non-food items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This includes non-food add-ons and any signature box with no food or drink inside. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Final sale unless damaged or incorrect: signature boxes that contain food or drink (including the non-food items inside them), food and drink, burned candles and personalized items.
  • Refunds: to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return.

Corporate gifting basics

  • Minimum order: 5 boxes. For fewer, order online.
  • Volume pricing: 10% off 5 or more boxes and 15% off 25 or more, applied on a written quote.
  • Lead time: 5 business days from approved quote to shipping for boxes from our shop, 10 business days for custom boxes.
  • Notes and logo cards: a handwritten note in every box, and from 10 boxes a printed logo card at no charge.
  • Many addresses: one spreadsheet with a row per recipient. Each box ships separately with its own tracking.
  • Quotes: a written quote within one business day from Corporate and Client Gifts.

Our saffron: the Herat lab facts

Our March 2026 lot: Grade A saffron threads from Herat, Afghanistan. Tested by the Saffron Quality Control Lab, Herat Directorate of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (Report 004389). Meets ISO 3632-1:2010 Category I on all tested parameters. No artificial colorants detected.
