Conservas, fish packed in oil and sealed in tins, are a long tradition along the coasts of Spain and Portugal. We choose three tins that differ from one another, so the tasting moves from light to rich. The crackers are baked with olive oil, and the bottle of extra-virgin olive oil is for drizzling over each bite.

The tasting card suggests an order and what to put on each cracker.

Every box includes a handwritten note, a keepsake box, tissue and ribbon. Packed by hand in Lynn, Massachusetts.

The story

We built the Conservas box for the host who would rather talk to guests than cook for them. Three tins, crackers and olive oil make a first course that takes five minutes.

Orders are packed by hand in Lynn, Massachusetts and ship within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days, and Express takes 2 business days.
